1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop MT-Industries (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). These T&Cs govern the use of our shop at shop.mti-labs.com and the provision of 3D printing services.

By using our website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&Cs.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order via the online shop. After placing the order, the customer will receive a non-binding price proposal based on the uploaded 3D data (e.g., STL files). The contract becomes binding once the customer accepts the price proposal and the payment is completed.

3. Services

We offer 3D printing services where the customer uploads their 3D print files (e.g., STL files). The file will be reviewed by us, and a non-binding price proposal will be provided. After placing the order, the printing of the product will proceed and the item will be shipped to the customer.

The customer ensures that the uploaded 3D data is printable and error-free. We do not assume liability for errors caused by faulty or defective files.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for our services are based on the respective price proposals provided to the customer after uploading the 3D data. All prices are subject to statutory VAT and any shipping costs.

Payment is due immediately after confirming the price proposal and can be made using the payment methods available in the shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within the delivery times specified in the shop. The delivery time begins when the full payment is received and the printing process is completed.

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process and depend on the destination and weight of the item.

6. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by us or our agents intentionally or through gross negligence. We do not assume liability for damages caused by defective 3D data provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the order value of the respective order.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return

Since the products are personalized (made based on the customer's uploaded data), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns or refunds are therefore excluded.

8. Data Protection

We take the protection of our customers' personal data very seriously. All data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Copyright and Licensing

The customer assures that they have all necessary rights to the uploaded 3D data and do not infringe on third-party copyrights. The customer grants us the right to use the file solely to execute the printing order.

We do not assume liability for copyright infringements caused by the customer's uploaded files.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to the contract is the location of MT-Industries.

We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers on our website.
