Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the shipment.
Transport Damage
All shipments are insured via DHL for up to €500. In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Kindly send us photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. We will handle the claim with DHL and will send a free replacement to you without delay.
